SCTD option/config

In this video from Cännings, he has his SCTD set up to show Whirlwind as a single number, I was wonder ing if anyone could tell me how to do this. I assume the same would be possible for a rogues mutilate.

Next time don't post movie links post a nice easy screenshot instead, the he uses isn't SCTD but MikkScrollingBattleText and the option your are looking for is "throttle" if memory serves.

why can't he post a link to a movie? i understand it would be easier for the reader to see a screenshot. if you don't wanna see it, don't click it.

If you want more/faster help, then post a screenshot. Many people, including myself, don't usually want to take the time to watch a movie (and some can't do it cause they're at work or school).
