LF possible fix to a Great but old mod(JIM_Cooldownpulse)

Newb Posting ftw.
Anyways, Since 2.4.2 I've been getting an error with JIM_cooldownpulse which is no longer allowing me to config the mod at all. Its such a sweet mod but hasn't been updated in forever.
Heres the error:
