Ever seen a map of the timezones in the US? You would think they would just be straightlines down the map right? WRONG!!!!!! They follow state borders as to not make you change timezones while moving say west part to east part of Montana

Nah tried that. I think its more likely the new site doesnt recognise the 25 digit codes.

I just tested, and it's neither final nor leading. I don't think that's the problem, unfortunately.... if any previous people who got in could confirm that their keys were 25 chars as well, it would settle it :P

Nah, try adding 2 digits and it says that key is incomplete, so they might have keys longer than 27 chars;P

Well I tried appending 0-9 to the end of my key, as well as to the beginning, and all 20 keys showed a "cannot be claimed" error as opposed to the 25 char error - but yea - email blizzard quick!!

Same. Really does just look like bnet isn't set to recognise the codes. Surely that would be simple to fix?

I don't suppose any mods knows of any updates from Blizz on this?

I wonder if its a server-side or client-side check? Maybe its possible to bypass the check on the client-side in order to submit the key and the server would be perfectly happy to process it ;-)

Timezones are fun! When I fly to Chicago (from Michigan where I live) my flight always arrives within minutes of take off! It's quite funny actually.

The number of digits in this batch of keys is the same number of digits in the first batch of keys. That isn't the problem.

Server side imo

I think the new site is to blame but meh

Really hope they fix it like...soon.

they entered their 25 digit keys in old site...which is why it's not that keys are short, but that the new site doesn't recognize that they are not standard 26 char lenge ones is what i was guessing.

Same here. Any chance of poking Blizz into looking at that direction? Or maybe just reenabling the old site - even on a new URL?
