Visited Vendor - "All Items" has red ? marks

NEVER MIND. I SOLVED THE PROBLEM (AFTER I WROTE THIS). THIS POST CAN BE DELETED. I disabled Carbonite's "Retrieve items from the database", then things started working normally. I don't know why it's still an option in Carbonite, if it doesn't work?? ==================== I placed a link to an image of my Carbonite screen which shows my problem. I hope I haven't done something wrong. If I did, maybe somebody can tell me what I did and how to fix it. The picture will explain better than I can here with text.
