Bottom Screen Squeeze

OK, please don't flame, I've spent the last 3 hours trying to figure this out myself.

On some of the screen shots around of people's UIs, some of them I see have a textured area surrounding their bars/buttons/maps and such. Some are shaded, and some are solid, and appears that the game viewable area is squeezed to fit. I know there is a CT_viewport that will do the squeezing, but I wondered what alternatives there were to that mod. I was hoping to find out what does this. After looking to try and figure this out, I'm assuming it's part of another mod that is widely used, and I'm not sure which.

Im assuming you mean a skin at the bottom similar to this?

if its just an addon called skinner.

I must have read that mod discription about 20 times. I assumed it was all for just frame skins. I'll check it out.

What about if you want to do the screen squeeze?

Skinner does texture and the 'squeeze' as well.
There is an option for ViewPort.
