Lost the Player Health and Power Bars

I have lost the player health and power bars as well as the target health and power bars. I have re-installed the addon as well as trying to rest the HUD. Any ideas? I have attached a screen shot.

Are you talking about the curved bars in the middle of the screen?

If so click the button near the top middle of the screen that says "No Hud" in your screenshot. "Player/Target" is probably the setting you want but there are other settings and you should recognize the one you used.

It wasn't, but I appreciate your help none the less. I re-installed the UI again and the problem has resolved itself.
