Status of Project

Hi, I would like to know what is the current status of this project. I found it yesterday and it looks promising (at least the Design part), but it also have many bugs. I can't change the looks of buttons, when I do it in frame structure, I can't save the change. When I do it manualy directly in xml, it loads the change, but still have no effect on form designer. Also the Options throws bugs (invalid format of string or something like that) and doesn't save correctly. Next one is, that I can't choose enGB version of wow. And the last one is, that the toc file is not read when I open it. It appears to be blank.

I wonder if this project is alive and if there is a point in posting bugs here, or should I search for something else (Last version is rather "old" ). If it's still alive, it would be nice to see those bugs repaired, because they are vital and easy to repair .

PS: Sorry for a brief description of bugs, but I'm posting currently from work, so I don't see those errors right now. If it's necessary I can post a detailed description later from home.
