[REQUEST] Loot Council Addon

I am looking to get an addon created specifically for the way my guild handles loot council.

We use a number system to determine what kind of upgrade an item is for each person

a 1 indicates it is a best in slot item, a 2 indicates it is a upgrade/sidegrade, but not best in slot, And a 3 indicates it is either offspec, or for a trial.

So lets say a Vagaries of time drops. The addon begins with "[Vagaries of Time] being linked and people start putting in for it. This puts the item into a window where current loot council members can vote on people that put in

The addon should read the raid chat and find the people that put the tell in the proper format

"1 [What they are replacing]"

Addon will place all people into a window, where loot council members can then vote on.

You'd have a better chance requesting features for a mod that's already pretty close to what you're asking.
