How do i take off Auto Quest Turn in??

When i got into my carbonite options, to turn off automatic quest turn in, even if it's unchecked it still automatically turns in, how do i make it stop??

right click on the minimap and use options.
in the quest section you can switch on/off the auto turn in completed quests.

It doesn't matter where you choose "Options" from, it opens the exact same "Options" window. OK, not really exactly the same, as depending where you open it from defines which page it opens on.

Sorry. My point here is that if you look on the "Quest" page, behind the "Auto turn in quests when talking to NPC", it says, in parenthesis, (shift+ctrl inverts). Have you tried that? Don't know if it'll make a difference if it's not checked, but worth a try.
