NPCs and others...

I installed Insomniax and love it. However, I have apparently dorked something up. When I move my cursor over an NPC, I can't tell what their name is or what they do (expert mining trainer, general goods vendor, etc). If I actually "click" on them, then their name/purpose appears over them. It's a minor hassle in towns, but when I'm out adventuring, I also can't tell if a beast is "elite", which has gotten me into trouble more than once. Any ideas what I did and how I can correct it?
