corrupt display on one toon

I /gquit and then got spam saying i was not in a guild. After that the toon that I was on will not show party memebers in my group. If I can target them(usually can't) it shows them at 0 health. I reinstalled nui but it did not fix the problem. I disabled nui and blizzard's interface shows everything as expected. Is there a profile or something that I can do to get this fixed? i took a screen capture if you need to see it.
