dkp addon: bidding with entry cost

hey all,

my guild has recently started to explore the idea of introducing a bids based looting system (atm we're using fixed price dkp), however, all the systems i've seen so far do just that - people bid either ad infinitum or till a fixed time passes.

What I need is an addon allowing for setting a cost to enter the bidding - either a) you pay X dkp everytime you submit a bid or b) you pay x% of your highest bid if you don't win the item.

so f.ex. we'd have:

option A:

personA bids 15dkp (<-- pays say 2dkp for entering bid)
personB bids 20dkp (2dkp for bid)
personA 21dkp (pays ANOTHER 2dkp for entering bid)
etc

option B:

personA bids 15dkp
personB bids 30dkp
personA bids 40dkp
personB passes
->personA gets the item for 40dkp AND personB pays, say, 10% of his highest bid - 3dkp even though they didn't win the item.

Why the idea of 'taxation' on bids? well 2 reasons actually
1) prevents people from bidding ad infinitum or bidding in silly steps
2) prevents people from bumping up the price the other person will eventually have to pay (to eff up the other person's total dkp etc.)

If anyone has seen/uses such a system, please point me in the right direction - taking down all the bids/amounts with pen&paper is simply not viable.
