Saving Unit and Bar frame's and removing Discord

Hi, I didn't see any info on this site, and am unable to access discord's main site.

What I want to know, is can I use discord to setup how I want my unit frames and action bars to look, and then remove the add-ons them selves ? I don't use any of the features as far as setting up macro's or keybindings through discord, I only use it for placement and looks.

If I can do this, what files do I need to save, and where do I need to move them - if I need to replace the standard blizzard stuff.

Not possible. If you uninstall DUF, you revert back to the default WoW Unit Frames.

What about removing only the Options portions?

Would it not be possible to remove:
DiscordUnitFramesOptions
DiscordActionBarsOptions
DiscordFrameModifierOptions

and leave:
DiscordUnitFrames
DiscordActionBars
DiscordFrameModifier

and still have the custom UI work?

If I wasn't at work right now, I'd try disabling them, just to see what happens.

You could but the whole point of making those seperate addons was to make them load on demand so that that part of the addon didn't take up any memory. As it is they only use resources when you have them viewable.

I believe Loz added those in almost as soon as we could dynamically load addons.

ok thanks for the info. I was curious because I use a lot of add-ons and I was trying to remove everything possible. I lag a lot and it is so pathetic that my secondary machine loads zones 5 seconds faster than my main rig, and doesn't lag at all. And the only reason can be that I dont have any add-ons in the second rig. I have add-ons set to only load the certain one's I want for each character, but it doesn't help. And the memory settings for add-ons I bumped up to 48mb.

Main rig
Asus A8N SLI Deluxe
AMD64 3200+
512MB PC3200 ( i know more ram will help, but I can't afford it )
WD 80GB 8mb cache Hard drive
6600GT

Secondary
Abit NF7-s
AMD mobile 2600+
512MB PC2700
QuantumFireball 10GB Hard drive (realy old)
GeForce 3 Ti300

Add-Ons (only used in main rig)
ABInfo
Aspected
Atlas
AutoBuff
bc_trackingMenu
Beastmaster
CCWatch
CT_MailMod
CT_RaidAssist
CT_Viewport
DamageMeters
Decursive
