New Mob tracker idea

if something already exsits like this, please point me to it

i was hopeing for a mod to track mobs as soon as you log on, specificly Teremus the Devourer, id like to log on and instantly tell if he is spawned or not, and if he isnt mabey a general "when" he will spawn. if something like this will get me banned tell me so i know im risking it ; )
