Sound for Cinematics/Voices

Hi there! Not sure where to post this. Mists of Pandaria has added great voice acting, completely fantastic voice acting. But, I'm constantly listening to something else while playing World of Warcraft... Or when World of Warcraft has voice acting, nearby water is too loud, gun shots, fighting, grunting is far too loud to hear the music or voice acting. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to disable ALL the sound except for the voice acting, nothing but the voices. No foot steps, no gun sounds... Only the voice acting and cinematic would be great for me.

I am a bit frequency deaf, so sometimes the sound of a mount or a pet is far louder than the voice acting is.

You just have to place empty sound files at every path that corresponds with a built-in sound. You can download a package with the sound files all pre-named for you, like http://www.wowinterface.com/download...mbatinMOP.html
