possible 'create repository' bug

Hi

I just managed to accidentally create a new repository by clicking the button but with no text in the name field.

Any chance this could be changed so a name is needed to stop accidental creation.

(oh and feel free to delete svn://svn.wowinterface.com/-727 if you want to as I can't find a delete button )
