Profession Cooldown Tracker

Looking for a mod to track profession cooldowns for all my toons, and be able to view one toon's cooldown when logged in as another one.

This has to exist...any ideas?

Oooh, it has been updated! For a while, it was trying to convince me that my Dreamcloth cooldown had 30mins to go when, infact, it had 4 days to go!
