Mailing List or Guild Mail List

I need an add-on that will allow me:
To import my guild roster into the mail program.
To select by Guild Rank who to mail to
To type a Guild Message and then be able to send that same info to the
selected Guild Members

An additional item would be to be able to remove alts from the Guild Mailing List, so that only the Main Character gets the mail.
