No quests in database

I have had an intermittent issue with quests not showing as in the DB, but after being OK this morning, I've logged back in to have a full set of orange dots. No changes to other addons, and same char that was OK earlier.

I've exited the game, flown to another zone, and changed chars to no avail.

Any thoughts?
