Item Tooltips on mouseover in the chat frame..

In MazzleUI when you mouseover an itemlink in Prat's chat window you see the item tooltip automatically. But I have recently tried to put together a randomness of newer mods, Since mazzle is such a train wreck of outdatedness now days. I am using the most recent Prat and I can not get this behaviour back. I have been thru all the modules and options in Prat up and down as well as searched 4 different sites forums for the keywords Item tooltip on mouseover etc, everything I can think of. Anyone know what enables this?

Links by Jerry and tekKompare by tekkub have options for mouseover links.

Not sure one of them is included in MazzleUI since I'm not a user of the compilation.
