And even though the mail says you can't play if your was acc not active before July 15th I can. My account was not active since May 2007 and I am right now on the beta server

Think about it for a minute though. They have 591 names from me. That's just one site. All fan sites have keys they are giving out via contests and stuffs. Plus opt-ins. Plus BlizzCon. Plus WWI. Plus BlizzFriends. Plus ...

The batches they send out are large. That many emails don't all get sent and arrive simultaneously. Hang in there.

Hehe, thanks for the comforting words. You're probably right. Was just worried that maybe my email was wrong or something since they took up to at least 572 (I'm only 19 away!)

I'm in tears. Got my key, but it's saying I'm providing the wrong login.
I take that to mean my password, which I've changed 2-3 times the past weeks due to security concerns (I logged in to my account from another computer).

And I can't remember any of the past passwords.

1. Got my memory jogged up, and it turned out to be my previous "main" password, which wasn't all that hard to remember... but it was almost a month old. o_o
2. Temporary account? All the info I got in the beta mail said was for me to go to beta.wow-europe.com and upgrade my account. Which I know means to authenticate my already cloned account for use on the beta servers. :P

The instructions said for us to make a temp account also. https://beta.worldofwarcraft.com/expansion/ But before that you need to upgrade the account, which may be where the previous poster is stuck.

Got mine too, and I'd like to give a huge THANK YOU to Cairenn and everyone else involved in giving us this opportunity. I've spent the last few hours playing around with a Death Knight and I love it.

I think she was referring to the temporary Blizzard account you have to create to log in with (why you log in with your email/password instead of your username/password).
