Anyone ever try to move the log files to another drive?

you can move/delete them wow won't care. though unless you have a use for the logs you may want to give us info of which ones they are so we can help you turn off the logging (logging can impact performance)

WoW doesn't, by default, produce any large log files. Depending on which log files you're seeing, you can simply turn them off with these in-game commands:

taint.log
/console taintlog 0

WoWChatLog.txt
/chatlog

WoWCombatLog.txt
/combatlog

If you intentionally turned on logging and want to keep your old logs, then yes, moving them to another drive is fine. If there is no file with the "right" name in the "right" place when WoW wants to write to it, it will simply create a new file. Moving the file, deleting the file, renaming the file, etc. won't cause any errors.
