Where can I control this non-raven buff unitframe?

I noticed there is a buff frame below the player unit frame, but it does not seem to be under the control of Raven. Where can this be configured?

That is the totem display and it is not configurable. What did you want to do with it?

I for one would love to be able to move and scale the feral spirits timer as it shows on the totem bar as well.

I was looking to maybe add shaman's spiritwalker's grace active time to it.
