Witch UI is good for healy?

Hi i was wondering with UI i good for a healy druid and pally.
I liked these UI's i saw but dont know there names, if someone could help with either these or a other one it would be appreciated.

The first one is Aliena's Interface Pack, the other one just looks like a basic interface with Grid.
