What do we do to get MazzleUI running in 2.1.0

I have seen alot of post about this do they seem to be all over the place as to what they did. I want to use Mazzle's UI but it seems like a lot of issues. I am doing a lot of Raiding with our guild in Kara right now and would like to use Mazzle.

Has anyone REALLY gotten this to work? If so what did you do.

This all seems to be talking about Mac. Which my wife does have. But do the same for PC?
