help with actually insomniax please - i need heal / mana empty msg

erm i downloaded the new insomniax now, works fine.. but its really nerving when that "im needing a heal" / "im out of mana" msges appear.. dont know what plugin it is, or how to disable this msges. may anyone so friendly and help me with that short problem?

Have you checked the FAQ? I believe its also in CT settings, I would check and help ya, but the realm is down.
