Running WoW in Different Languages

If I want to test my AddOn for people running the game in German....how do I do that? Is there a way to switch WoW's localization settings without re-installing?

Thanks!

I have a similar question...

Is it possible to get access to GlobalStrings.lua for each of the various language editions?

Running WoW in different language environments is probably more than I want to tackle, but having access to the "official" translations would be very useful to authors attempting to provide multi-lingual addons.

Regards,

Brad
