Current AP/Crit etc. in a HuD

I have been looking for an addon that would show my current AP/Crit in sort of a Heads Up Display. It doesn't have to be very complicated, just the AP and Crit in a digital type display.

I've looked all over and though I can find addons that display current DPS I can't find anything to display AP or Crit. I might be able to modify a current addon to get that information but for the life of me I don't know where I would even look to pull that information. My coding knowledge is also shoddy at best but I would love to figure out how to make something like that if there isn't already something available.

Any help you all could give me with this would be greatly appreciated

Check out SLDataText, it shows a lot of information (all of which can be turned off) one in particular called Statline which will show AP, Crit and Hit, or any combination of 3 of the following;
Armor Rating, Attack Power, Block, Crit, DPS, Defense, Dodge, Expertise, Hit, Mana Regen, Parry, RAp, RCrit, SPHealing, SPDamage, SPCrit and Spell Pen.
