"Thumb" on minimized quest tracker

Could you add a thumb to the minimized quest tracker, like the one for the minimap buttons, to make it easier to get ahold of when it is at it's absolute minimal size. There is a pixel between two of the buttons where it is dragable, but it usually involves me making the window bigger, dragging it where I want it, shrinking it back down, then trying to get that pixel to fine tune the position.

It would be alot simpler if I just stopped changing my UI every few days, but what is the fun in that?
