Overlapping Shammy Totem Bar

Heya

I'm back again with another issue.

After reviewing the elements image, I do not see any information concerning a totem bar for shamans. At this time, the totem bar overlaps my cool down bar.

If it listed it on the elements image, I could possibly find the correct place to edit the placement. As it is, I need a little help with changing the location of the totem bar.

Can I get a little assistance please?
