Quest and Loremaster Achievement

I am wondering if anyone has yet created a mod that allows me to see which quests I need to still complete per zone? Basically I need something that will filter the quests I've completed with a list of quests that still can be completed.

Also, it would be great to know where I could get the quest.

I am aware of all of the quest tracking mods, but don't think any of them actually have this function. I currently am using Carbonite and Lightheaded for my questing.

I used EveryQuest with Lightheaded when I did my loremaster.
