Carbonite add on disabled

how do i reactivate my carbonite add on quest helper and map. they work on all other charactors but on this perticular one. as i was play this charactor and try to use part of the add on features a massage came on and told me that the action was blocked by wow and if i wanted to contiue playing click "yes" so i did and all my carbonite stuff disapeard form the screen. i checked my other charactors and, they all work fine and still have the carbonite featurs on.

Doing that should have disabled Carbonite in the "AddOns" window on your character selection screen. Just re-enable it and you should be good to go.

There is no Tech Support number for Carbonite.

What question can't you get answered on the forums?

najib777, 99.99% (that's repeating, of course) of addon authors don't have a tech support line. Most of them do this as a hobby, to pass the time, or understandably selfish reasons to give functionality to something that wasn't already available (and they just happen to be kind enough to share it with us ).

Back on topic, if what was written in that thread didn't have the answer you were looking for, would you care to elaborate as to what is happening that you still need help with? Did the answer not fix your problem? Did it give you a new problem? What happened?

I just logged into 3.3 today (wednesday) I cannot abandon ANY quest in my log. Even a new quest I took outside bank in Dalaran. I see no error messages. I have no addons at all. It just ignores the key click.
