I wana request an addon like 'GMGenie' With no .ticket spam (I dont wana even check those tickets)

Yes, it is very much against the Blizzard Terms of Use.

Since no such commands exist, you can't send them. At least they don't exist on live servers, because players are not GMs.

You can continue to argue if you wish (at least until this thread gets locked and/or you get banned), but you are fooling no one about the legality of what you are doing. As others have pointed out, WoWInterface wants nothing to do with this activity.
