Need help with MSBT

I'm trying to figure out a way to track the CD of a spell with more than one charge. The spell Blast Wave has 2 charges and I'm trying to figure out how to track both of them. What I want is say I use one charge and then the next one 3 seconds later, When the spell comes off cooldown from the 1st charge It lets me know but when the 2nd charge comes off CD it doesn't trigger that the cd is complete 3 seconds later so I know I have both charges up and ready. Anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks

IF its not possible with MSBT (I don't know) I woud suggest using raven it works great for spells with many charges.
