complete clueless about this UI

I found this guy's UI on the lock forums but i could not for the life of me figure out what his baseline UI addon is. Can anyone tell me what all the addons he's using are?

I can see the ones he labelled but i could not for the life of me figure out what his bars mod is.

There's probably some installation notes in that package. Make sure to follow them!
