Guild window and adding channels

So I know how to change chat font and the bar font... but How do you change the size of the font on my friends list/guild window?

Also I can't seem to get more than one extra channel to work, I have 3 I use in game and I can't get the color to change or the chat box to display 2 of the 3 channels.
