Nearby targets

Is it possible to have a mod that detects the health and mana of nearby targetable units, and displays them? I'd love to have a mod which existed as a window, and listed all nearby enemy targets, their hp bar, and capability to click them to target.

This would be a major benefit for PvP.

Realtime updates of for non-friendly unit's health is not possible. You can get pretty close to what you want with this mod here, though:
