What I would kill for as a healer....

Although I am sure that healing will become exponentially easier now that the patch is out, I would still love to see an addon that will play a chime whenever a character in the party or raid reaches the 50% health mark. Also, when a chracter reaches that mark, text would display on the screen letting me know the characters name that needs the healing. And, if it is at all possible. I would love to see the text be clickable for quick and easy targeting.

Any healers out there? What do you all think? Does this already exist and I just don't know about it?
