Progress/Status bar movable?

I've searched for hours trying to find a way to move the progress/status bar up from behind my DAB layout.

Its the bar that moves to the right when you open/cast.

Here's a pic of hidden/shown.







Anyone know how to move that up above my icons so I can see the progress bar again? I did it with pre-3.0 DAB but can't find it now. I'm going crazy please help

I have the same problem.

I tried to fix it with discord frame modifier, but was not successful.

Use Discord Frame Modifier to move the CastingBarFrame or replace your casting bar with the eCastingBar mod.

Poking around DUF but can't find an option for CastingBarFrame.
