Check your friends list offline
Not exactly an interface, but right now I'm only playing this game to see my buds and mess around with them. Is there anything that'll let me check my guild or friend's list while I'm not playing WoW?

Not within the WoW scripting interface, but check out Xfire. Your friends have to have it installed I believe however.
