Favorites won't remove

I have clicked the remove "button" under my favorites list but it won't remove them from the list. Also is it possible to remove them all at once? But even knowing how to remove them one at a time.

It's been over a month sence I last posted about my problem of not being able to remove my favorites and there isn't a single reply at all. Is there no one for tech support?

No there isnt a way to remove them all at once at the moment however a checkbox system is planned for the future.

What happens when you click the remove button?

What web browser are you using?

Have you tried disabling any AddOns your browser is using?

Have you tried a different web browser?

When I click Remove it goes to the redirecting screen and back to my favorites but the item I tried to remove is still there. I'm using IE 8. I don't think there are any addons running, and I don't have another browser installed.
