Target Frame / Arcane Explosion

Soo.. this is a weird one, that just now appeared to me - may just be that i never noticed before.

I'm in Battle of Gilneas, spamming arcane explosion to def LT.. and I don't have a target.
So far so good.. now while spamming, it seems that my last target appears as the target frame for a splitsecond, and vanishes.

This now continues to be the case in Darnassus.

Reloading didn't change anything, still happening.

There are no errors popping up or anything else, it's just the frame appearing and dissapearing.
( I tried spamming and rightclicking, but no menu popup. Ghost Frame?)

After reloading the UI, did the target frame reappear as your last target still? That level of persistence through a UI reload would seem to indicate a change on Blizz's side.

Can you try replicating this issue with the default UI (no addons)?

It did not appear after realoading the UI and neither with the bare Blizzard UI.
