Moving 1 Frame

searched a while and didn't find it how can I move this thing (screenshot)

PS: new update works brilliant no error when logging in keep up the great work!

U can attach tooltip to cursor, just edit tip.lua in Interface\AddOns\FreebTip

	cursor = true, -- Attach tooltip to cursor.

*edit* ingame /freebtip gives you a dragable object
