Need help on how to skin BigWigs to match RealUI

Hi guys,

I am quite a nub at these things but I thought lets ask the people in forum to help.
Now I am not asking anyone to do the work for me but I am going to ask for a guide on how I can skin BigWigs to match RealUI I gather it is not that hard from the posts on page 75 but I simply have no idea where to start.
Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
