The "Expand Upwards" option under Bar Setup of /dbm does not work correctly. This is not a DBM issue as you can load the default DBM classic timer skin and bar expand upwards will work.

The Y offset option is a bit further down that same tab, adjust this to get the bars to display properly while in that mode.


The issue though stems from how DBM positions the bars. A change will need to be made there first.
