Raid Frames not expanding to 30 players

I was in a group today in SoO with 30 people and the UI still didn't adjust for 30 people it still only showed 25 player frames. I did get an error going into the instance but I don't know if its related to the issue. The error was:

The raid frame issue should be fixed in the next update.


The other is a bit harder to pin down, but i'm working on it.
