Leader of the Pack Timer

Hi,

after playing on the ptr i noticed that the improved leader of the pack does not shows a timer or someting if you currently in the 6 seconds "cooldown" of the heal proc or not

so i wrote a small addon for it. its adds a 6s timer to the original leader of the pack icon in your player buffbar. i only tested it in a non raid combat. should also work for not druids. if you in a party with a druid that has the aura,

its currently only works with english clients, but the localisation are only 2 strings
