Reagent Bank tab items not showing up

The reagent bank tab items that I have already deposited are not showing up when I open my bank. I have to deactivate cbniv addon, then check the bank tab without the addon on, and then reload the addon back in, in order to see what I have in my reagent bank tab again. If I put in more items of something I already have in there, I can hit the "restack" button, and the total amount of items will show up, but the other items that should be showing up in the tab won't show up unless I totally deactivate the addon first.

I put in a little paint screenshot that shows the before/after of hitting "restack" on some items I deposited, that I already had inside the reagent tab.

I made a change in r4 that might fix this, let me know if it's still happening.

I just updated to r4, and there are items in my reagent bank that do not show up in the interface, I will edit with a screenshot shortly.
BagSync shows the item in my Reagent Bank, but I can't see them in the bank:
