wand auto attack turned on?

did something get changed with the latest update? my wand is auto attacking on its own while i focus on a boss/dummy. it just kinda slides itself into the rotation.

any ideas?

edit: nevermind. it's not related to this UI. it happens even if i go to stock UI.
