How to change unit frame colors?

Please forgive me if this has already been addressed, but I searched and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I'd like to be able to change the Health bar color on the frames from the default red to green. The only option in the UI that I could find was to reverse the bar.

Attached is an example of what I would like to be able to do.
